“Maximize the Match” is an educational session designed for non-profits throughout the community, as well as the Microsoft employees that support them, who want to be sure to make the most of the Microsoft Employee Giving programs. You’ll learn some of the basics about the programs while also hearing about best practices for being successful in your fundraising efforts at Microsoft.
Kevin Espirito is the Senior Manager of employee engagement for Microsoft Community Affairs, based in Redmond, Wash., where he manages the company’s volunteer strategy, giving campaign, Puget Sound employee engagement, and the year-round matching gift programs. He is responsible for developing the strategy and implementation for all employee engagement programs, ensuring Microsoft employees are supported in their personal passions related to community efforts.
